Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups melted butter
- 1 1/3 cups crisco
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
- 7 cups flour
- mini M&Ms
- vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Cream together the butter, crisco, brown sugar and white sugar.
- Then mix the remaining ingredients except the M&Ms.
- Scoop cookies with a cookie scoop into a ball. Dip one side into the M&Ms then press slightly onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes and then let cool completely.
- Add a scoop of ice cream in-between the cookies and press gently to spread out the ice cream. Freeze to set.
