Sweet Potato Casserole
This sweet potato casserole may be the new star of your Thanksgiving table.
Ingredients
- 4-5 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup milk
Topping
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Cream sugar, eggs, butter, then add mashed sweet potatoes and milk and blend together. Transfer to casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients for the topping. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.
