Place Oreos in a zip lock bag and crush. You can also use a food processor. In a 9x13 baking dish, place most of the Oreos down as your crust. Be sure to leave some for topping!
Pour melted butter onto Oreos and press in with a fork.
With a stand mixer or hand mixer, combine instant vanilla pudding and milk until pudding is thick. Then add sugar and cream cheese and mix again until well incorporated.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
Place the pudding mix on top of the Oreo crust and spread evenly. Top with remaining Oreos.
Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve!
