High Fiber Balls

The perfect afternoon snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups raw oatmeal
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips or mini M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup bran flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix honey and peanut butter. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Shape into balls and freeze or refrigerate.

This recipe is a Detwiler family favorite. You can almost always find this healthy snack in the fridge or freezer!
