Grace's Mac & Cheese
A classic stovetop mac and cheese with a spicy kick!

Ingredients

simply melt cheese, cubed
1/2
lb
pepper jack cheese, cubed
1
lb
medium shell pasta
2
cups
milk
1
tsp
garlic salt
1/2
tsp
pepper
Instructions
In salted water, cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large sauce pan, add milk and cheese and stir continuously until cheese is melted. Add garlic salt and pepper.
Add noodles into the sauce and stir until combined. Adjust seasoning as needed.

A quick and easy mac & cheese recipe with a little bit of a kick. This is a Detwiler family favorite!
