Grace's Mac & Cheese

A classic stovetop mac and cheese with a spicy kick!
Course Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 block simply melt cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 lb pepper jack cheese, cubed
  • 1 lb medium shell pasta
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • In salted water, cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large sauce pan, add milk and cheese and stir continuously until cheese is melted. Add garlic salt and pepper.
  • Add noodles into the sauce and stir until combined. Adjust seasoning as needed.

A quick and easy mac & cheese recipe with a little bit of a kick. This is a Detwiler family favorite!
