Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

The perfect guilt free, gluten free, low sugar cookie!
Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup Lily's semi sweet chocolate chips You can use regular chocolate chips if you prefer.

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine everything except the chocolate chips until well combined. This can be done with a rubber spatula.
  • Add chocolate chips and stir again.
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Best if stored in the fridge.
