Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

melted coconut oil

Lily's semi sweet chocolate chips
You can use regular chocolate chips if you prefer.
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine everything except the chocolate chips until well combined. This can be done with a rubber spatula.
Add chocolate chips and stir again.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Best if stored in the fridge.
