Herb Roasted Turkey Breast

A great option for a small crowd for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3-8 lb turkey breast

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375. Place turkey breast skin side up non the rack of a roasting pan and pat dry.
  • In a bowl, combine all the spices with the olive oil to form a paste. Rub all over the turkey, including underneath the skin.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes per pound until an internal temperature of 160 is reached.
  • Pull out of the oven and tent with aluminum foil for 15 minutes until internal temp reaches 160.
  • Carve and serve!
