Herb Roasted Turkey Breast
A great option for a small crowd for Thanksgiving!
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3-8 lb turkey breast
Preheat oven to 375. Place turkey breast skin side up non the rack of a roasting pan and pat dry.
In a bowl, combine all the spices with the olive oil to form a paste. Rub all over the turkey, including underneath the skin.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes per pound until an internal temperature of 160 is reached.
Pull out of the oven and tent with aluminum foil for 15 minutes until internal temp reaches 160.
Carve and serve!
