A quick and easy dessert that is perfect to cool you down!

Ingredients
Cookie Crust

Cream Cheese Filling

cream cheese (softened)

powdered sugar

container of Cool Whip
Pudding Layer

boxes instant pudding (lemon or banana)

milk
Extra Cool Whip for topping
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter, egg and mix until combined. Add flour and remaining ingredients for cookie crust and mix until well combined.
Bake cookie crust in a 9x13 pan at 325 for 20-22 minutes. Cool completely.
Mix pudding mixture together and let set in the fridge for a bit for easy spreading.
Mix the cream cheese mixture together and place on top of the cooled cookie crust.
Once crust is cooled, layer cream cheese mixture, then pudding mixture and then top with one additional container of Cool Whip.
