potatoes of your choice, quartered or halved

baby carrots

onion, sliced

garlic

salt

garlic salt

Mrs. Miller's onion soup powder

cup
water
Instructions
In a roasting pan, place roast and vegetables around the roast. Season everything liberally. Add water to the sides.
Cover and roast at 350 for 4 hours.

This is Mama's recipe she has used for as long as we can remember. Nothing says home more like this meal.
