Mushroom Salad

One quick and easy side dish that's great with just about any protein!
Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 lb Swiss cheese, cubed small
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cavender's Greek seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Chop mushrooms, cheese, and green onions and add to a bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar and Greek seasoning until well combined and pour over mushroom mixture.
  • Serve immediately. Note, this doesn't make good leftovers, so eat it all up right away.
