Mushroom Salad
One quick and easy side dish that's great with just about any protein!

Ingredients

white mushrooms, sliced
1/2
lb
Swiss cheese, cubed small
3
green onions, sliced
1/2
cup
olive oil
1/4
cup
red wine vinegar
1
tbsp
sugar
1
tbsp
Cavender's Greek seasoning
Instructions
Chop mushrooms, cheese, and green onions and add to a bowl.
In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar and Greek seasoning until well combined and pour over mushroom mixture.
Serve immediately. Note, this doesn't make good leftovers, so eat it all up right away.
