Sam's Island Shrimp
The perfect shrimp appetizer!

Ingredients

stick butter
4
cloves garlic, minced
4
limes, juiced
1/2
cup
chopped cilantro

6.6 oz
bottle Sweet Chili Sauce
Sam likes the Thai Kitchen brand.
red pepper flakes, optional
2
lbs
EZ peel shrimp
Instructions
In a cast iron skillet, bring butter and garlic to golden brown.
Add lime juice and ¼ cup cilantro, sweet chili sauce and optional red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
In a separate pot, boil shrimp until done then add to the sauce. Top with the remaining cilantro.
Serve with fresh baguette pieces.
