Arrange chicken breasts on a sheet pan with sweet potatoes, season with salt and drizzle with sesame oil. If you want the chicken to cook faster, cut it into bite-sized pieces before cooking.
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the glaze by combining maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce. After 30 minutes, brush chicken and sweet potatoes with glaze. Cook 10 minutes and add more glaze.
When nearly done, add green beans to the sheet pan and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with chives and serve with remaining glaze.
