Instructions
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and Sazon. Let marinate for 30-60 minutes.
In a large frying pan, melt butter. Add onion and garlic and sautee until translucent.
Add olive oil and Tabasco, then add chicken stock and cooking wine. Simmer 3-5 minutes.
Add seasoned shrimp. Mix and cover with a lid for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are done. You will know they are done when they curl into a tight circle.
Serve over white rice and enjoy!
