Add chicken stock, seasonings, beans, corn, and chilis. Stir well and let come to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and put a lid on it and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
Add your softened cream cheese and half and half. Stirring frequently, make sure that the cream cheese melts into the chili and it starts to thicken, about 15 minutes.
Top with cheese, sour cream, green onions, cilantro, lime, or avocado. Or all of the above! Enjoy!
