On Monday, September 29, 2025, we officially opened our brand-new 133,000 square foot distribution center and home office. Our new state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution center is located at the Florida International Tradeport in Palmetto, FL. The new distribution center will serve as the hub for our six stores, create new jobs, strengthening local supply chains, and giving us the capacity to keep food prices low while preparing for future store openings. This investment ensures we can continue living up to our motto: “Eat Fresh for Less.”
“This facility represents an important investment into our community,” said Sam Detwiler, President of Detwiler’s Farm Market. “By bringing our operations under one roof, we can operate more efficiently, create more jobs, and pass along even better pricing to our customers. It also gives us the ability to grow and open more stores in the future.”
Founder Henry Detwiler, Sr. added, “From our start in a small roadside tent to where we are today, it’s been incredible to see how this community has supported us. This distribution center allows us to give back—by creating opportunities for local families and making sure we provide fresh food at a fair price for years to come.”
We look forward to continuing to serve our community and bring you the best products at the best prices for years to come.
