Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
The perfect guilt free, gluten free, low sugar cookie!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups almond flour
- 1 cup Lily's semi sweet chocolate chips You can use regular chocolate chips if you prefer.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine everything except the chocolate chips until well combined. This can be done with a rubber spatula.
- Add chocolate chips and stir again.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Best if stored in the fridge.
