High Fiber Balls
The perfect afternoon snack!
Ingredients
- 3 cups raw oatmeal
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips or mini M&Ms
- 1/2 cup bran flakes, crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Mix honey and peanut butter. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Shape into balls and freeze or refrigerate.
