Mississippi Pot Roast Sandwiches
The perfect weeknight meal that the whole family will love! Pot roast doesn't have to be a heavy meal. These sandwiches are the perfect way to use a roast all year round!
Mississippi Pot Roast Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 3 lb chuck roast
- 1 stick butter
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 12 oz jar sliced peperoncini
Instructions
- Throw all the ingredients on top of the roast and cook in your crockpot for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Shred and place back in the crockpot.
- Butter the rolls and toast in the broiler until golden.
- Top with the roast and a slice of provolone cheese. Place back in the broiler to melt the cheese for about 30 seconds. Enjoy!
