Banana Bread
This recipe always is super moist and soft and has the perfect amount of sweetness! It also freezes really well so you can make extra and keep it for later.

very ripe bananas

vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325. Spray with non-stick spray or coat with butter either one large loaf pan or two small loaf pans.
Mix all the wet ingredients and then add to the dry ingredients. Do not over mix. You can add nuts or chocolate chips if you'd like.
Bake for 1 hour.
