Banana Bread

This recipe always is super moist and soft and has the perfect amount of sweetness! It also freezes really well so you can make extra and keep it for later.

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • Preheat the oven to 325. Spray with non-stick spray or coat with butter either one large loaf pan or two small loaf pans.
  • Mix all the wet ingredients and then add to the dry ingredients. Do not over mix. You can add nuts or chocolate chips if you'd like.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
