Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs until well combined. Shape into balls and freeze for 30-40 minutes.
Take about 1 cup of flour and add some more salt, pepper, and garlic powder to season. Dip the meatballs in the flour and shake off the excess.
In a large skillet, fry the meatballs in lots of butter until golden brown on all sides. They will not be cooked through at this point. Place in a baking dish while you prepare your sauce.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for your sauce and mix well. Pour over the meatballs.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
