This is a great way to feed a crowd of seafood lovers with minimal work.

butter, melted

crushed butter crackers

Italian breadcrumbs
Instructions
Cut pieces of cod, shrimp and scallops into equal size pieces. Place in a 9x13 baking dish.
In a bowl mix melted butter, crushed crackers, and breadcrumbs together. Sprinkle on top of the seafood.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
