Seafood Casserole

This is a great way to feed a crowd of seafood lovers with minimal work.
Cook Time 25 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 lb cod
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 sleeve crushed butter crackers
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Cut pieces of cod, shrimp and scallops into equal size pieces. Place in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • In a bowl mix melted butter, crushed crackers, and breadcrumbs together. Sprinkle on top of the seafood.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
