Mushroom Salad
One quick and easy side dish that's great with just about any protein!
Ingredients
- 1 lb white mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 lb Swiss cheese, cubed small
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Cavender's Greek seasoning
Instructions
- Chop mushrooms, cheese, and green onions and add to a bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar and Greek seasoning until well combined and pour over mushroom mixture.
- Serve immediately. Note, this doesn't make good leftovers, so eat it all up right away.
