Herb Roasted Turkey Breast
A great option for a small crowd for Thanksgiving!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3-8 lb turkey breast
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375. Place turkey breast skin side up non the rack of a roasting pan and pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine all the spices with the olive oil to form a paste. Rub all over the turkey, including underneath the skin.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes per pound until an internal temperature of 160 is reached.
- Pull out of the oven and tent with aluminum foil for 15 minutes until internal temp reaches 160.
- Carve and serve!
