Homemade Meatballs
Comfort food at its finest. These meatballs are so delicious! Enjoy with a side of mashed potatoes, some corn on the cob, and a fresh salad.

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp finely minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 4-6 tbsp minced onion
- 4 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs until well combined. Shape into balls and freeze for 30-40 minutes.
- Take about 1 cup of flour and add some more salt, pepper, and garlic powder to season. Dip the meatballs in the flour and shake off the excess.
- In a large skillet, fry the meatballs in lots of butter until golden brown on all sides. They will not be cooked through at this point. Place in a baking dish while you prepare your sauce.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for your sauce and mix well. Pour over the meatballs.
- Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
